Refund Policy

• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product listing.
• Items sent by mistake (wrong product or size).
• Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact, within 7 days of delivery.

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Items returned after 7 days of the delivery date.
• Custom-made or personalised items.
• Consumables (such as hemp seed oil or food items) and personal-care goods once opened.
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+977 984-582-7739) or email (info@madeinnepalstores.com).
2. Share your order number and clear photos of the item(s) showing the issue.
3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
4. Ship the item back to our address in Chitwan (we will share details upon approval).
5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

• QR / bank payments (eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer): Refunds are made back to the same account, or by bank transfer, within 5 business days of approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

If you'd prefer an exchange (different size or colour, subject to availability), we'll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected. One exchange per order is allowed.
