Titaura Bae

Titaura is the Nepali habit of taking a sour hill fruit — lapsi, mango, tamarind — and working it with salt, sugar and chilli until it keeps. Titaura Bae makes it by the tub and names each one after the mood it puts you in, which is the whole joke and most of the appeal.
